There are times in life when we find ourselves between what was and what is yet to come — the liminal space between stone and sky.
I’m preparing a new 6-week therapeutic group designed to offer support, shared reflection, and space to reconnect with yourself.
Through guided conversation, meditation, and compassionate coaching, this small group will be a place to pause, be heard, and feel less alone.
These sessions will be held in person at Stone and Sky — the liminal space — a new therapeutic setting in Topsham currently being created among the trees.
